Marketing Manager
AliRa Recruitment is looking for a Marketing Manager located in Bucharest/Ilfov, for an important multinational company in the agribusiness sector, with tradition in breeding, production, processing and sale of certified seeds for field crops. The employer has an activity for over 30 years in the seed market in Romania with focus on the permanent development of its seed portfolio and with an emphasis on innovation and quality. It is also active in South-Eastern European countries with a wide range of products.
PROFILUL CANDIDATULUI:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
- Solid knowledge of the seed market in agribusiness;
- Knowledge of the Romanian agricultural market;
- Agronomy graduate;
- Good level of English;
- PC Knowledge (MS-Office);
- Driving license

Principalele responsabilități:
- Implementation, coordination and control of all the marketing strategies, promotion of the company’s seed portfolio;
- Elaboration of market analyses;
- Complete management of the promotion activity at the level of Area Sales Manager;
- Conclusion of testing and promotion contracts;
- Establishing the way of launching new varieties of hybrids and demo lots;
- Promotion of hybrids in meetings with farmers and distributors;
- Analysing sales figures;
- Maintaining the relationship with the specialized press;
- Design and pricing of products and services;
- Developing marketing concepts;
- Online marketing (including social media and search engine optimisation).
