National Sales Manager
AliRa Recruitment is looking for a National Sales Manager located in the South/South East of Romania. for his client, an important multinational company from agribusiness sector, producer of crop protection product This role will take the opportunity to directly contribute for increasing the performance of the sales team in accordance with the group business objectives in Romania.
PROFILUL CANDIDATULUI:
• University degree in Agriculture or Economics
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in agribusiness sector
• Proven experience in commercial role and people management-agribusiness industry
• Good market knowledge and understanding of CPP market
• Good English level
• Availability for business travel
• PC literacy (Office – Excel, Word, Power Point, email)
• B category driving license.

Principalele responsabilități:
• Actively prospects and acquires relevant distributor clients at national and regional level
• Implements viable strategies for increasing sales based on push at distribution level, but also on pull at end user (farmer) level
• Professionally manages, trains and develops the sales team
• Responsibilities in the decision-making process and the subsequent implementation: budgets, commercial forecasting, commercial policy configuration, competitive survey, debit collection/credit risk strategy and subsequent reporting to superior management
• Performs accurate competitive analyses and constantly oversees market trends
• Constantly collaborates with the other departments (international and local) on product portfolio management, marketing actions and PR/communication plans
• Develop and consolidate the brand awareness in the market in all professional dealings, through general conduct and expressed positions
• Translating marketing strategies into initiatives and concepts.
